GroVizhon LLP (“GroVizhon”, “we”, “our”) operates the website at grovizhon.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, No. 24 of 2019 (Kenya) and the principles of privacy by design.

By using this website or submitting a partnership enquiry, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

—Enquiry data: name, organisation, email address, area of interest, and message submitted through our Partnerships form.
—Usage data: pages visited, time on site, and browser type — collected anonymously through analytics tools.
—Technical data: anonymised IP address, device type, and operating system, collected automatically by server infrastructure.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Section 2 of the Data Protection Act, and we do not collect data from children.

We process personal data on the following lawful bases under Section 30 of the Data Protection Act:

—Legitimate interest: to respond to partnership enquiries and manage our partnership pipeline.
—Consent: where analytics cookies are used, we obtain consent through cookie controls.
—Legal obligation: where disclosure is required by Kenyan law or a competent regulatory authority.
4. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data submitted through our Partnerships form to review and respond to your enquiry, track the status of partnership discussions using our internal pipeline, and send relevant follow-up communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Partnership enquiry data is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, Inc., on servers in the European Union or United States, subject to appropriate data transfer safeguards. Email notifications are processed by Brevo SAS. We implement technical and organisational security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain partnership enquiry data for a maximum of 36 months from submission, or until a partnership relationship concludes, whichever is later. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form. You may request deletion at any time by contacting info@grovizhon.com.

7. Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access your personal data (Section 26), correct inaccurate data (Section 40), request erasure where no longer necessary (Section 41), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
